I ordered chapathi from this place through Pickme Foods and I received spoiled food. Called Dhawalagiri expecting a solution but they hung up the phone. I believe they sent these intentionally because we can't return food after we pay for orders through Pickme. The person who answered the call didn't even respond politely.

Poor food, bad customer service and on top of that, disgusting how they treat customers to save a couple of hundred Rupees
