Appalling service from Eastern Wok - Wallukkarama Road, Col 3. - Made an order @ 7 p.m. - Was told it will be delivered within an hour. - I get the food @ 9.30 p.m. after several calls ( 2 1/2 hours after order was placed). - 9.35 p.m. I called to make a complaint to the manager. - I am put on hold twice, and after some time I am told the manager is busy and cannot come to the phone. He had advised to offer a 5% discount. - I expressed what they can do with the 5%, and released the delivery guy with the full payment. Eastern Wok is lucky it is one of the few halaal chinese restaurants in Colombo. However, with this type of atrocious service it won't be long before they loose a large number of their regular customers.
