I visited this bakery today in the evening (29th December 2012, time would be around 4pm or so) along with one of my friends and the customer service we got was very poor and disappointing. The cashier who was on duty at the time was very hostile and unhelpful. When the outlet doesn't have a certain product that the customer is looking for, there's always a civil way of saying it's unavailable. The setup, the image and the quality of the place/products won't make up for the lack of service give. We thought the cashier was only being rude to us but he treated the other customers with equal impertinence.
