the shredded crispy lamb and the scallop and prawn with the sweet and sour sauce is a must have. All dishes best served with plain egg fried rice (ask them to drop the vegetables). All in all nice location, great food and fine ambiance. In terms of 5 star Chinese though, it still lags behind The Wok at the Hilton and the Long Feng at the Lakeside.
