Dinner at this reataurant. Appetizers were brilliant. Soup was amazing. Main course meals were good except the seafood fried rice was really bad and shrimp wasnt fresh. I requested the manager to do something about it or change the rice dish for another dish, manager refused and said he has to pay from his own pocket so he won't do it. I was really dissappointed they dont have anything like customer satisfaction skills to handle customers. Service was alright, asked cold water three times, the waiter brings it at last. Finally the payment, this restaurant was estabilished for quite a while, their method of payment are not really great, as they didnt accept commercial bank cards in their merhant machine and i had to pay extra taxi fare to travel to the bank atm machine to withraw funds to make payment to his restaurant, overall my dinner night was not a great night. This restaurant needs major improvements.
