Visiting KFC in the evening after work was an experience. The restaurant was clean as usual, but what seriously lacked, was the quality of service. There were only two cash counters opened with the staff behaving very ordinary. Comparing to the service at other fast food restaurant in town, the service at this KFC outlet on Jawatte Road was pretty vanilla. The stewards did not really care, if they did have business. The service was very slow and the flavour of the meal was pretty soggy. The car park also needs levelling. There were only a very few staff working today. It seemed like they are planning on closing down. The overall experience at this KFC outlet is pretty below standard, probably will go to another fast food chain in the future.
