KFC franchise should be ashamed the way that these people work and by extend the Sri Lankan management (Cargills). They do not have courtesy. They do not have food preparation at all to serve to the demand efficiently. They do not respond. They lack knowledge on food timing. They throw hefty promotions and do not even bother to make sure adequet stock is available to meet the demand at all. Mind you.. this is not just the first time experience. It’s a regular. Needless to say that KFC Sri Lanka even care of what reviews they get.. coz every negative points are the same.. shame.. shame.. shame!
