It's a very bad experience. The waiters doesn't care at all. They surely have no clue what is customer care is. They are too casual. The place looks fine but the A/C above us was switched off and when we requested to on it was on but the temperature was too low and was very hot. When we enter the restaurant they did not say that they will close in five minutes and we start ordering and the waiter rudely scared us saying you got five minutes to order. I mean come on how can you say that to a customer. We ordered Tom Yum seafood soup which came with hair. To show it to a waiter we had to keep searching the place and finally saw the lady cleaner who sent the waiter. When we showed him the Hair from the soup he said ok so you want to remove it. Of course we will not pay for a soup that got hair. He did not even bother to say at least sorry. After that for water we had to wait 15 mins and for the bill another 10 mins
