It’s sad how the standards of service dropped where staff doesn't pay attention to what you order. I just ordered 2 large café latte however what I got was one café latte and another large warm milk.. Is this the kind of service which is offered??? You guys need to pull your act together and service your customers well. also it would be nice if the staff can be bit more customer friendly rather than looking like they are clueless
Worst experience. We ordered 3 sandwiches through phone (05/05/2014).
Basically there was no chicken in the 2. We ate only the bun. (chicken salad sandwich). Bun had become smaller than before.
3rd sandwich was a roast beef. We ordered no mustard sauce and they had put it. We ll I had to throw it as I'm allergic to mustard.
The beef inside dint have meat in it. It was just the rubbery part mostly ( if you know what I mean )
They charged is 1250/= for utter crap. Never buying from them again. Bloody cheats !!!
Very clean place. Friendly service. The food needs to improve. Limited parking slot only for about three vehicles.
This is one of the best bread shop I've ever seen in Colombo. Good one! They have different kid of breads too.
