absolutely horrible service and the food is awful, don't even bother going to this place
Superb speedy delivery ,,,, order given 7.pm order not reached until 9.15 pm,,, distance only 3KM ,,,, Bravo THe Kitchen ,,,,
really poor service... no telephono etiiquttes... and opeartor doesnt know the prices
Tasty food delivery boys are very fast but they canot locate the places at once.
Just about the only place in Colombo that really knows how to do customer service and a truly comopolitan menu. We eat there regularly; it's quick, easy and delicious.
Urban Kitchen is a place, I like them a lot. The choice of food is incredible and the portins are very reasonable and well priced. top of of all the food tastes really good. you have many choices from cuisines.
Customer service needs to be bit improved because most of the time the waiters are not attentive and you have to wait for quite bit of time untill someone comes and takes your order and then actually to come and deliver the order.
