Had dinner for Rs.10,000. Had a cash voucher for Rs.6000. So balance I should have paid is Rs.4000. There was a 20% discount on credit cards going on (The credit card website says the discount is valid for anything purchased at the restaurant). Finally when the bill came, I got 2 bills, total was correct. But from the voucher they had redeemed only Rs.5500. Questioned them why? Apparently they ran out of paper to print on one bill and redeemed the voucher amount from that one bill and not the whole bill amount. Further I paid the balance through the credit card discount and they applied the discount only to the food my family and I had and not the beverages (EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE MENTIONS IT'S VALID FOR EVERYTHING). When questioned again, all I got was attitude, dis-respect and they kept denying it! Ended up paying a lot more when I was entitled for vouchers and discounts! Add to that, the AC was useless and the food was not tasty!
