Very bad customer service. Today I visited there at 5.15 pm with one of my friends .we have been waiting 15 minutes till we get food. But suddenly the cashiers were disappeared.all of a sudden they were celebrating a b'day by letting many people to wait for long. As soon as the cashier comes we asked for food but her answer was it will get 10 more minutes delay. So I said her that she could have informed us. If so we could select something else rather than wasting our time on this. I reall don't think that waiting more than 30 minutes for fast food is an good idea. It's an unpleasant experience about KFC. They don't know the meaning of what coustomer care is. They work like sloths. Letting people to wait for long time. They don't even welcome coustomers with a smile. Very sad to tell this place was not like this before.
