OK,so nice and well clean.i,m working hotel as in Europe country,compare to that best food and location with fast service.once again thank you all of team you have.
Usually we dont get served by the waiters , we have to go to the counter and order the food and wait about 15 minutes and usually thats not the way in any other restaurant, whereas customers come to have a good time over there, not standing over a long period waiting to order the food.
The chicken is awesome!!!:)would like it if the place was a bit more tidy though...
Today morning i was there, and there was no queue, so it was only me and another person in the next counter to order. To my surprise, no body seems notice that i have been there, no one asked for any order. and then the next counter got filled with another couple of people and they started serving them !!! I had been there for over 10 minutes and i couldn't order anything. I think they should learn customer service first , I wonder whether i want to go there again .
KFC at dalada Veediya is too dirty. No one cares even when we complain. It's so pathetic.
