Food is OK but the service is repeatedly terrible. This is bizzare, as they have too many staff, who are mostly doing nothing other than looking vacant and bored.

This includes the person who appears to be the manager.

It makes the experience of being served extremely slowly, after being ignored because staff are dealing with other customers who have just arrived when you have been waiting at the counter in plain sight for 10 minutes, even more aggravating.
