The restaurant is certified Halal, and there is no pork on the menu. There are also some sweet and sour dishes and Singapore style crab. Most of the tables are for 6 persons, and there are a few for a much larger number, indicating that the primary patrons are probably large (muslim) families. The dishes are small, and of average value. The decor is very modern indeed, with fake Ming vases, lots of diffuse and modern lighting, flat panel TV sets and quite a bit of wooden doors and finish (some possibly fake). Considering that it was an 'eatery', this is a huge improvement. If you are in the area with a large family, well worth the visit.
