After waiting 1 1/2 (!) hour on my order, I call and ask where it is. The person can't speak english and hang up. I call again, same story, i ask to talk to some english speaking but he hangs up. third time, i get connected to a person that suddenly talk english...

I ask where my food is, and he checks and now they see the order... If you cant handle a website where you have put online order, then close down the website. Its just loss of time and money for both the restaurant and the customer.

This is the worst order experience I have had in Colombo.
