We went to Lemongrass, Battaramulla for a late breakfast / brunch. The ulundu wadas served were cold and hard. When we informed the manager he casually mentioned that they were made in the morning and hence were cold. I spoke to the manager at the reception desk where he was draped over the counter chatting to some other staff. It was amazing that he didn't even bother to stand straight, at least in respect of his post even if not for himself. Amazing! We informed him that if we needed cold hard wadas we would have got into a wayside kiosk. He was not in the least bit concerned or apologetic. Lemongrass, it would do you good to train your staff in PR and also take steps to serve good food.
