This is (Udaya)Shanth Fernando's beachside foray into restaurants down South. With similar décor to Paradise Road's other ventures at Tintagel and Gallery Café, this is one of the best restaurants in Bentota. Nishantha Liyanage, who worked at the Gallery Café for many years, heads the kitchen.
