This friendly simple beach side sea-food restaurant is on a quite beach in an area otherwise devoid of nice restaurants.

The owner / manager / person preporting to be such, is a frieldy old Sri Lankan who will probably try and flag you down to have a chat to you if you ever find yourself on the beach in the daytime. He's too friendly to be classed as a tout though.
