The mains include the signature dish, the Blu Supreme of Crab, which consists of crabs from the nearby Trincomalee bay, with northeast SriLankan spices and served with gravy and Jasmine rice and a chilled salad. The best choice is probably the pan-fried Mullet, which includes a tasty sauce with its mixed vegetable ragout. There are some meat dishes, which are not of similar quality, the beef especially being tough and a little overcooked. There are a range of sweet puddings and other desserts. The service is quick and professional. Stick to the seafood speciality dishes, they seem to be the choice of most patrons. The setting outside on the beach in a little hut with wide vistas of green surrounding it give it a good ambiance.
